Die gesamte Organisation, angefangen von der Reservierung bis zur Übergabe des Leihwagens und des Hauses war perfekt. Das Haus war ebenfalls klasse. Daher hier nochmals en ganz großes Lob an Herrn Dietrich für die intensive Vorab-Betreuung per Mail. Auch die Internetseite ist wirklich sehr informativ und läßt keine Fragen offen. Auch die Betreuung durch Herrn Lourentzakis vor Ort war bestens. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen für uns war die nahe gelegene Autobahn deren Geräusche man doch bis zum Haus hin hörte. Wir haben dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal in den Stavromenos Villas - Villa Takis - den Urlaub verbracht. Und es war einfach klasse! Haus, Garten und Pool sind wunderbar angelegt. Uns hat es so gut gefallen, daß wir entgegen früheren Kreta-Urlauben eigentlich nur wenig auf der Insel unterwegs waren. Großes Dankeschön hier auch noch mal für die unkomplizierte und vor allem sehr kurzfristige Reservierung. | ||||||||||||

| Dieses Haus ist genial. Der Garten, der Ausblick, der Pool, die Umgebung, die Ruhe waren unglaublich schön. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder in die Villa Nicos! Supernett war auch der Vermieter und superlecker der Wein von Vermieter-Papa. Danke nochmals! | ||||||||||||

| Wünsche bezüglich Bettzeug wurden umgehend erfüllt.Es wurde auch unaufgefordert Spielzeug für unser Enkelkind zur Verfügung gestellt.Auch konnten wir am Abreisetag bis zum Nachmittag in der Wohnung bleiben, was natürlich für uns sehr angenehm war. Vielen Dank. | ||||||||||||

Wonderful villa and with a fantastic layout. Ideal for families - our 4 and 6 year old loved it. Thanks also for the supply of grapes, figs and wine. I would certainly recommend the villa to anybody who wants a private holiday in stunning surroundings. We would definitely return - looking forward already. | ||||||||||||

We were delighted to find that Villa Nikus lived up to all our expectations. The property is built and finished to a high standard with excellent views to the sea. The villa was extremely clean and was well maintained during our stay. The gardens and pool were well kept and the owners very hospitable. The property is well located, proximate to the beach and within easy striking distance of other attractions. We are pleased to say that it was an excellent choice and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. | ||||||||||||

| Eine wundervolle Villa mit atenberaubendem Blick aufs Meer (vom Balkon). Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut eingeteilt. Wunderschöne Blümen und Rasen rund ums Haus. It was very beautifull to see Crete in the month of May. The villa was excellent. We did sleep very well and it was a nice place to discover Crete from here. | ||||||||||||

| Urlaub Sept.-2007. Alles so angetroffen, wie im Internet beschrieben. Gepflegte Anlage mit sich gewissenhaft und freundlich kümmerndem Eigentümer(Herr Lourentzakis). Einzig die etwas nahe Schnellstrase stört zuweil. Fam. Stauss | ||||||||||||

Es ist uns noch nie passiert (40 Jahre Urlaub) daß wir Clo-Papier selber kaufen mussten!!!! Die Betreuung vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Der Pool hatte Bakterien, 3 von 6 Personen hatten Ohrenschmerzen (Evtl. Tauchen im Pool?). Positiv ist aber, daß der Pool getestet wird! | ||||||||||||

Booked through Fabulous Crete. Their website was not very easy to book on line. Local car hire/pickup arrangements unclear - ie. did not realise that vialla owner provided car/transit. If we had, we would have used his local service, rather than airport firm. We would strongly recommend others to use local car hire & pickup. Also travel company did not mention that satellite TV, DVD etc. provided - great if you have to stay in evenings with children. In fact travel agent said this WAS NOT provided - we nearly bought portable DVD player! A really nice, well built villa finished to an extremely high standard. Extremely pleasant, attentive and professional owner. Extremely child friendly and, once again, owner made special efforts to accommodate our 14 month old girl - provided extra toys, play rug for lounge etc. We would certainly come again, recommend to friends and other tourists. We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Stamatis to the fullest! Extremely friendly staff/ owner and a beautiful villa with a cool pool and a barbeque ;-) We stayed for a week with a 2 month old infant and had a superb time!
